This year, we seek to honor those agencies who have gone above and beyond to continue to deliver the services so needed by the community throughout 2020. Award winners will be featured during the 2021 Workforce Technology Conference, and, with agency approval, we will include complimentary publicity through the public relations firm with which we've partnered. Guidelines for Submission: - Email a Microsoft Word document - Maximum 5 pages of content - Please include contact information for award - If you are nominating someone other than yourself, please include their contact information as well Awards: - #### Innovative Service Delivery Effort This award recognizes an agency that has pushed the boundaries in terms of targeting unique populations, used innovative technology to track and report on federal programs, and facilitate service delivery utilizing the Geographic Solutions product line. The entity could also have explored creative measure for virtual service delivery throughout the height of the pandemic. - #### Innovative Use of Data Reporting This award recognizes an agency that has utilized Geographic Solutions wealth of data sources or reporting functionality to make data driven decisions at the state or local level, identify and close skill gaps, better align education and student outcomes, encourage credential attainment, create talent pipelines, support economic development, or utilize labor market information for career planning or recovery effort forecasting. - #### Best Practices for Employer or Job Seeker Engagement This award recognizes an agency that has gone above and beyond to better connect to area job seekers and employers through the use of virtual job fairs, recruitment events, work-based learning and apprenticeship programs. Their efforts has resulted in higher engagement rates for job seekers and employers using any of the software in the Geographic Solutions product line. - #### Excellence in Cross-Agency Partnerships This award recognizes organizations that have developed or implemented a program in collaboration with another constituency, which positively impacted the state or local job market, an industry sector, or a target demographic. - #### Resiliency in Navigating the Pandemic This award recognizes an organization that demonstrated agility in navigating challenges that arose during the COVID-19 global pandemic. The deserving agency was able to identify hurdles, pivot, and creatively overcome pandemic social distancing mandates — bringing people together while remaining 6 feet apart.
