Pathways to Employment Webinar Series: Creating Second Chances with the E2E Network

*This webinar is now over. But, please keep an eye out for our resources landing page.*

Join us on Wednesday, July 10 from 2:00 – 3:00 PM ET, for a special Pathways to Employment webinar presentation. CalPIA’s Rusty Bechtold will share how four organizations joined forces to launch the new Entry to Employment (E2E) network.

Launched in June of 2024, this program is already giving second-chance job seekers secure access to job offers before leaving prison. With hundreds of individuals expected to complete the program each year, it has the potential to be a recidivism game changer.

During this webinar, you will learn about the importance of high tech for web-based job search and recruitment, especially in reentry and second-chance employment. You will also learn about cutting-edge trends within the reentry industry, and the careful ways that the E2E system was designed to best serve second-chance job seekers.

You won't want to miss this special presentation!
